From 1989 to 2003, Rocco was a Partner with the predecessor to LaSalle where he also focused on lower middle market buyout investments. Prior to joining LaSalle, Rocco was a Partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he directed numerous middle market audit and buyout related due diligence engagements.
