Jon is currently the Founder and Manager of Karma Farm LLC, a specialty vegetable farm. Prior to his work with LaSalle, Jon served on the boards of Dakota Imaging, a health payer systems provider that was sold to Emdeon; Adfluence, an online interactive advertising company serving the financial services industry; and Catalyst IT Services, a provider of software development and consulting services. Jon was also instrumental in building Imagent, a document management/BPO company, which he later merged with several other outsourcing companies to launch a successful IPO of FYI, Inc. There he served as a Board Member and division President and managed the largest business unit of FYI, Inc.
