She began her career at William Blair & Company, where she spent three years as an Analyst in the Corporate and Debt Finance departments. Kelly was a founding member of Chicago Women in Private Equity, is a member of WAVE and PE WIN (Private Equity Women's Investor Network) and served as a Board Member of MBBI (Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries) and ACG Chicago. She was named one of mid-market M&A’s “Most Influential Women” by Mergers & Acquisitions magazine in 2018.
