George became an Operating Advisor to LaSalle Capital in 2017. He is a highly experienced executive with successful CEO and leadership consulting records at several Fortune 500 and privately-held companies. George led significant bottom line and topline growth on dozens of well-known consumer brands and B2B private label businesses in the food, snack, health, beauty and industrial segments. He is President and Managing Partner of Business Growth Innovations Inc., a provider of 360º function advice, strategy, customer development and innovation support to Boards, CEO’s and executives in middle market businesses. He is also a multi-decade member of ForteOne, a c-suite advisory, consulting and improvement implementation firm. Previously, George had been CEO of several private equity owned companies where he maximized enterprise values and led sale processes. His leadership expertise, best practices and brand management knowledge was gained at Procter & Gamble, Interstate Brands and Keebler / Kellogg’s. George is recognized with multiple industry-valued awards, including the National Restaurant Association Food & Beverage Innovation award, A National Silver Anvil award, a National Telly award and the Quality Bakers Association “Marketing Excellence” award.

Charlie became an Operating Advisor to LaSalle Capital in 2017. Charlie is a highly experienced executive with a successful track record of leading the profitable growth of foodservice and branded consumer products businesses. Charlie is currently the Founder and President of Martin Management Partners, a strategic consultancy with a primary focus on the middle market. Prior to starting his own company, Charlie served as President of Papa Charlie’s, Chicago’s leading brand of Italian beef. From 2003-2011, Charlie was the President and Executive Vice President of Associated British Foods’ North American Consumer Products Group, a leading provider of cooking and baking ingredients. Prior to that, Charlie was President and COO of Five Continents, a leading regional distributor and retailer of ethnic foods. He has also held executive leadership positions with ConAgra and Pet Incorporated. Charlie began his career at Kraft Foods and held various positions in brand marketing, M&A and general management before ultimately being appointed Vice President of Marketing and Promotion for Kraft General Foods North America.

Marty became an Operating Advisor to LaSalle Capital in 2022. He served as President and CEO of ChaseDesign for 26 years, a design consultancy providing clients innovation in product design, packaging, branding and retail strategy; leveraging research in user behavior, design methodology, user centered design and design thinking.
Marty worked with Fortune 50 clients primarily on strategy, marketing, innovation and business growth assignments. ChaseDesign developed highly acclaimed work in Product Design, Consumer Packaging, Shopper Based Design, Market Research and Innovation Center Development. He worked directly with P&G, Olympus, LG, J&J, GE, Intuit, SC Johnson, Kroger, Walmart, Sentry, Target, WelchAllyn, Energizer, iRobot, and Nestle. Marty partnered with LaSalle Capital to further grow ChaseDesign and successfully sold it to the Interpublic Group, where he remained in his role until 2018.
Marty currently serves on several privately held company boards, is a member of the Arts & Letters advisory council at Notre Dame, is the current Chairman of the Museum of Polo and Hall of Fame, and is President of the Skaneateles Polo Club.
Jon became an Operating Advisor to LaSalle Capital in 2017 and is involved in portfolio management with several LaSalle investments. Jon is currently the Founder and Manager of Karma Farm LLC, a specialty vegetable farm. Prior to his work with LaSalle, Jon served on the boards of Dakota Imaging, a health payer systems provider that was sold to Emdeon; Adfluence, an online interactive advertising company serving the financial services industry; and Catalyst IT Services, a provider of software development and consulting services. Jon was also instrumental in building Imagent, a document management/BPO company, which he later merged with several other outsourcing companies to launch a successful IPO of FYI, Inc. There he served as a Board Member and division President and managed the largest business unit of FYI, Inc. (now Exela Technologies), growing it from $13.5 million to $155 million over a period of five years.

Rocco co-founded LaSalle Capital in 2004 and currently serves as an Operating Advisor. From 1989 to 2003, Rocco was a Partner with the predecessor to LaSalle where he also focused on lower middle market buyout investments. Prior to joining LaSalle, Rocco was a Partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he directed numerous middle market audit and buyout related due diligence engagements.
