portfolio company, Brown & Joseph, LLC (“Brown & Joseph” or the “Company”), to Incline
Equity Partners (“Incline”), a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm. Brown and Joseph,
headquartered Itasca, IL, is a leading provider of commercial accounts receivable management
solutions, with a focus on the insurance industry.
Brown & Joseph’s CEO, Mark Schabel, will continue in his role under Incline’s ownership and is
excited to lead the Company through its next phase of growth. Under LaSalle’s ownership, Brown
& Joseph expanded its management team, added significant new clients, opened a second facility
and continued to provide industry leading service and recovery rates. Schabel stated, “The entire
Brown & Joseph team enjoyed our partnership with LaSalle Capital. LaSalle provided strategic
support and capital resources that helped us execute our growth plan. We maintained an excellent
